We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Vertical Marketing Manager who will be a key contributor to our growth strategy to join our Marketing Team.
You will be considered the expert of the subject vertical, as you will be fully aware of the vertical’s products/services, market insights (digital and offline) and the overall vertical strategy and its objectives.
You will develop a marketing strategy for the subject verticals that aligns with its overall business strategy and objectives. This includes preparing a competitive analysis, analysing business insights and marketing data to define and understand personas and identify gaps based on customer needs. You will then be responsible for implementing this strategy through managing the company resources to achieve the business goals and objectives.
What you will do!!
- Plan, implement and manage the overall marketing digital and non-digital strategies.
- Stay up to date with with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Analyze the competitive market to identify new threats and opportunities .
- Provide data-driven recommendations based on research and business case development.
- Spend time and efforts understanding vertical needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Measure and monitor periodically ROI and KPI’s of the subject vertical.
- Manage and coordinate between different marketing teams to ensure consistency and adhesion to the vertical’s overall strategy and its objectives.
- Act as a focal point of communication and coordination between the marketing team and cross functional teams for the subject vertical.
Who are you!!
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Vertical Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Account Manager or Senior Marketing Coordinator.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- Experience driving cross functional teams within a matrix team structure.
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Effective communication Skills.
- Team player and excellent coordination skills.
- Ability to influence without authority.
